The presence of Minors is strongly discouraged and only individuals 18 years of age or older will be allowed to register for the Event or to enter the Event Venue during the Event Dates. No exceptions will be allowed.
Invitation-Only Attendance
The Event is a private, invitation-only event. It is not open to the general public. Attendance is strictly limited to individuals who have received an Invitation and, if applicable, who have paid the Registration Fee. Invitations are issued by GSMA in its absolute discretion. Receipt of an Invitation by You in a prior year or at any other GSMA event does not guarantee or imply an Invitation to any future edition of the Event. The total number of Delegates is currently capped at five hundred (500) Delegates. Once this capacity limit is reached, no further Invitations shall be issued and any yet unaccepted Invitations are expressly rescinded for the relevant edition of the Event.

The Event is designed for senior executives, thought leaders and influential decision makers in the technology, telecommunications, investment, policy and regulation sectors. GSMA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to restrict the number and seniority level of Delegates and GSMA may specify minimum seniority requirements. Admission to the Event is based on the responsibilities, seniority and relevance of the prospective Delegate to the Event program and is independent of past participation in any other GSMA event. GSMA reserves the right to refuse the participation of any individual deemed not to be appropriate for any reason, including but not limited to seniority level, relevance to the program or reputation, in its absolute discretion. Reporting press and members of the media may not attend the Event unless specifically and separately invited by GSMA in writing. All determinations made pursuant to this Section shall be in the absolute discretion of GSMA.

You hereby represent and warrant that to the best of your knowledge (having made all reasonable enquiries) neither You, nor any person or entity for whom You are registering: (i) are currently subject to trade sanctions imposed by any of the applicable sanctions bodies set forth above (ii) are included on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (the “OFAC List”); or (iii) are affiliated with any entity or organization on the OFAC List or subject to sanctions imposed by any of the applicable sanctions bodies. If You or any person, entity or organization with which You are affiliated become subject to sanctions prior to Your arrival date, then You must notify GSMA immediately. The OFAC List is located here: http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/SDN-List/Pages/default.aspx. GSMA utilises the “WorldCheck” service to process Your data to validate compliance with applicable sanctions regimes.
GSMA may immediately terminate these Delegate Terms and cancel Your access to the Event venue, without penalty or liability, if GSMA reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to comply with its obligations under applicable laws, sanctions, or regulations, including if You are added to the OFAC List or any other restricted party listings. Termination and cancellation under this section will result in forfeiture of all fees paid to GSMA by You.
Acceptance and Registration
Upon receipt of an Invitation, You shall receive a registration code and/or a registration hyperlink to allow You to complete the registration process to attend the Event. You must confirm acceptance of the Invitation within the timeframe and manner specified in the Invitation. Following acceptance, You (or the organization on whose behalf the You are attending) shall, if applicable, pay the Registration Fee in full within the period specified in the Invitation or as otherwise notified by GSMA. Failure to pay the Registration Fee by the applicable deadline may result in the withdrawal of the Invitation. Your place at the Event shall not be confirmed until (i) the Event registration process has been completed by You and, (ii) if applicable, GSMA has received payment of the Registration Fee in cleared funds.
Registration Fees and Payment
In consideration for attendance at the Event, You (or the organization on whose behalf the You are attending) agrees to pay the Registration Fee as specified at the point of registration, if applicable. The Registration Fee does not include any applicable taxes (including sales tax, use tax, or any similar levy), which shall be charged in addition to the Registration Fee where required by applicable law. All payments must be made in USD to GSMA who acts as the sales agent for all payments to attend the Event.
Unless otherwise specified on the relevant invoice, payment shall be remitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. The deadline for wire transfer payments is 14 September 2026 and any registrations made after this date must be paid for by credit card. In all cases, the Registration Fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the Event.
All payments shall be made in cleared funds, without any deduction or set-off and free and clear of and without deduction for or on account of any taxes, levies, duties, charges, fees, or withholdings of any nature, save as required by law.

Once the Substitute Delegate has been marked by GSMA as having checked in to the Event, then no further substitutions shall be allowed.
Sale and Transfer of Pass
Your pass and pass code are personal to You. Sale of Event passes other than directly from GSMA is strictly prohibited. If an invitation code was given to You that code is personal to You, and cannot be sold, gifted, published, or otherwise transferred without express permission of GSMA at its sole discretion. You agree You will not sell Your pass, purchase a pass from any person or entity other than GSMA, publish/distribute any code such that others may use it without appropriate authorization, or in any way work to facilitate access (including Your own) to the Event by unauthorized means.
Any breach of this section will lead to immediate pass cancellation and potential denial of access to any future GSMA Events.
Cancellations
All sales are final, and no refunds will be given. You are liable for the full cost of Your Event pass notwithstanding Your subsequent cancellation, failure to attend the Event, or any government rules or regulations that prevent You from traveling to the Event. You are also solely responsible for all other costs of Your failure to attend the Event, including but not limited to travel and accommodation charges.
You remain liable for the full Registration Fee associated with the original pass purchased for the Event. GSMA reserves the right to cancel Your registration without notice, if: (i) payment (where applicable) is not received by GSMA by the applicable due date; (ii) You fail to provide all information required in the relevant registration form; or (iii) You are in violation of these Delegate Terms, or any other applicable terms and conditions. You agree that GSMA will not provide a refund and is not responsible for any damages, costs, losses, fees, expenses, or other payments whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, general, or otherwise) resulting from any such cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes (but is not limited to) travel and accommodation costs.
If GSMA cancels the Event, and You are a registered Delegate who has paid Your Registration Fees in full, Your sole and exclusive remedy (whether under tort, contract, or otherwise), will be a refund of Your Registration Fee to the original method of payment. You are liable for the cost of any foreign exchange, return or other bank fees arising out of the refund of Your Registration Fee. In the event of such cancellation, You agree that GSMA, save in respect of the aforementioned refund, is not responsible to Your or any third party for any damages, costs, losses, fees, expenses or other payments whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, general or otherwise) resulting from any such cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes (but is not limited to) travel and accommodation costs.

No refunds will be provided if the Event is postponed. In the event of such postponement, You agree that GSMA, save in respect of the aforementioned replacement pass, is not responsible to Your or any third party for any damages, costs, losses, fees, expenses or other payments whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, general or otherwise) resulting from any such postponement. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes (but is not limited to) travel and accommodation costs.

Delegates that don’t pay a Registration Fee and have not been offered complimentary accommodation shall have the option of accommodation at the Venue on the Complimentary Dates at discounted rates. This offer of both complimentary or discounted accommodation at the Venue is conditional on the availability of rooms as dictated by the Venue at the time of booking by You. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and GSMA cannot guarantee availability during the Complimentary Dates. If You require additional nights at the Venue before or after the Complimentary Dates any such additional nights shall be at Your own expense. GSMA shall have no responsibility or liability in relation to any alternative accommodation arrangements.
You will be required to pay for Your travel as well as any other expenses (save where provided as part of the Event program), incurred by You in connection with attendance at the Event, as these are not included in the Registration Fee and shall be borne solely by You or the organization on whose behalf You attend. We want to inform all users about the technical limits that are in place to ensure the smooth operation of the networking features and to prevent misuse.
To provide the best possible experience for everyone, we have established the following usage limits per user account:
- Direct Messages/Chat Channels: A maximum of 2000 channels can be created per day;
- Favourites: Users can add a maximum of 500 users per day to their favourites list.
- Please note that during periods of heavy usage, we may temporarily reduce these limits to maintain the stability of the Networking Portal.
If a user reaches any of these limits, they will receive a message informing them of which limit they have hit. They will be able to try again after the time limit has elapsed.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these limits and helping us maintain the quality of the networking experience for all Networking Portal users.

Repeated or serious breaches of rules in this Agreement or inappropriate interactions with other Networking Delegates may lead to restrictions on networking capabilities or communication, such as sending private messages or connecting with other Networking Delegates.
We will notify you, without undue delay, of our decision regarding the content to which your report relates and inform on how you can contest our decision if you disagree with it.
If you wish to contest our decision or actions, please respond to our email where we communicated our decision.
