Speaker Bio

Azita Arvani is an AI and telecom executive and public-company board director working at the intersection of AI, connectivity, robotics and enterprise transformation. She serves on the board of Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), a global industrial technology company advancing robotics and autonomous cleaning solutions, and is the former CEO of Rakuten Symphony North America.


Previously, Azita held senior leadership roles at Nokia, Xerox and PARC, building and scaling businesses, partnerships and innovation ecosystems across cloud-native networks, 5G and emerging technologies. She is also a Senior Fellow and Executive in Residence at the Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management, where her work focuses on AI-enabled transformation, leadership, governance and the future of organizations.


Azita was recognized as Woman in Tech Leader of the Year in 2023. She holds an MS in Management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow, an MS in Computer Science from USC and a BS in Mathematics/Computer Science, magna cum laude, from UCLA.
