Mary is a transformational operator with more than 25 years of executive leadership across the Technology and Telecommunications sectors. 


Mary is Chief Operating Officer of Federated Wireless, the leader in shared spectrum technology, where she leads growth across carrier, cable, and enterprise markets and the expansion of the company's AI-powered network planning and analytics portfolio. Previously she served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Numeracle, a pioneer in enterprise identity management for communications, where she drove operational scale and positioned the company at the center of the industry's trust and authentication evolution. 


Earlier in her career, Mary held senior executive roles across the mobile technology landscape, including Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Synchronoss and CMO and Senior Vice President at Syniverse. Across these roles, she consistently operated at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and corporate strategy, while leading diverse teams around the globe. 


Mary is an active board director at Communication Technology Services (CTS), a leading provider of in-building and campus connectivity solutions. She also serves as an Industry Advisor to Astra Capital Management and Lynk Global, and as an Executive in Residence at Progress Partners. 


A committed advocate for advancing women in technology, Mary is focused on increasing the number of women in true P&L leadership roles. She has been a visible force in diversity and inclusion efforts within the mobile telecommunications industry since 2016 through GSMA initiatives, most recently contributing to the "Change the Face" program.
