Clara Shih is Founder and CEO of New Work Foundation, dedicated to equipping young workers with AI-native tools, skills, and content (DearCC) to navigate today's changing job market. She is Senior Advisor and Founder of Business AI at Meta, where she built the organization and launched the monetization AI product portfolio for 200M businesses on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.


Previously, Clara was CEO of Salesforce AI and was CEO and Chair of Hearsay Systems, a software company she founded. Named to the TIME100 AI, CNBC 50 Disruptors, and World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders, Clara holds BS and MS degrees in CS from Stanford and an M.Sc. from Oxford, where she studied as a U.S. Marshall Scholar. Clara served on the Starbucks board of directors for over a decade and currently serves on the board of HubSpot.
