Frank is a global technology, media, and telecommunications executive with a three-decade track record of driving large-scale transformation and multi-billion-dollar value creation across the US, Europe, and Canada. Known for his strategic foresight during tectonic industry shifts, Frank has successfully guided organization-wide turnarounds, market entries, and hyper-growth initiatives at some of the world's largest digital infrastructure and connectivity brands.


Most recently, Frank served as Chief Revenue Officer for the Verizon Consumer Group, where he held operational responsibility for over $100 billion in annual revenue.


Prior to Verizon, Frank was President of the Consumer Business Unit and Chief Strategy Officer for Rogers Communications, where he was instrumental in propelling the company to #1 in Total Shareholder Return among Canadian telcos. His earlier executive career includes senior strategy and marketing leadership roles at Vodafone, Orange, BlackBerry, and Vivendi Universal.


Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors for Mavenir, an AI-native, cloud-based telecom equipment provider. He is a former Board Member of the GSMA and Chairman of its Strategy Committee. He also served on the board of the Friends of École Polytechnique Foundation.
