Gala Reception & Dinner

Set on the Village Lawn, at the heart of the Meritage Resort & Spa property, the Gala Reception & Dinner brings guests together for an authentic Napa evening designed to deepen connections after a full day of summit discussions.  

Guests will be welcomed with prosecco and hors d’oeuvres before moving into a relaxed reception-style experience where a “Taste of Napa” showcase features Hog Island oysters and seacuterie, local charcuterie, regional cheeses, prime beef tenderloin, chargrilled salmon, seasonal salads and sides, and a chocolate dessert station. 

At the centre of the Village Lawn, a large oval-shaped bar will anchor the evening, offering a hosted premium drinks package. With a five-piece band setting a lively yet refined atmosphere, guests can continue conversations, connect with peers, and build new relationships in a memorable Napa setting.
